The NYCPC was formed as a partnership between the NYS Ready mix concrete industry and the Northeast Cement Shippers Association. NECSA is a not-for-profit cement industry promotion/market development organization designed to increase the use of ready mixed concrete, concrete paving, concrete products, concrete masonry and other cement-based applications in partnership with national and local promotion groups, NECSA’s “Partners in Promotion”.
